Electric principle of kneader


The working principle of the kneader is the same as that of an ordinary internal mixer. That is, the material is subjected to the pressure of the pressure mound, and after kneading, squeezing, stirring, folding and other kneading actions of two rotors rotating at different speed ratios in a closed tank, it is plasticized (mixed) into the required raw materials. .
  Introduction to the electrical structure of the kneader:
  1. The mixing chamber of the internal mixing device forms a closed groove with the left and right side plates. The front and rear rotor bearings adopt centripetal spherical roller bearings, which are respectively fixed on the left and right side plates through bearing sleeves. The left and right plates are jacketed structures with cooling (heating) cavities, and the surface of the inner wall in contact with the material is hardened (hard chrome plated). The inner wall of the mixing chamber is plated with hard chromium, the thickness is 0.12~0.15mm, and the hardness is HV900~1000. The long and short spiral edges of the rotor are welded on the rotor shaft, and the edge peaks, the side surfaces of the working parts, and the rotor sealing end face are all built up with wear-resistant hard alloy, with a hardness of 50HRC and a thickness of 5mm. The entire outer surface of the rotor that is in contact with the material is hardened (hard chrome plating), the thickness is 0.12~0.15mm, and the hardness is HV900~1000. The end face of the rotor is sealed by pressing the sleeve to make the sealing ring abut against the end face of the rotor. The sealing ring is made of bronze and polytetrafluoroethylene materials with high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and small coefficient of thermal expansion. The friction working end face is not lubricated with oil, which can ensure a good sealing effect and does not pollute the material.
  2, transmission system
The main drive is driven by the main motor through a belt to drive the reducer. The parts of the reducer are made of 42 chromium molybdenum material and are nitrided. The output shaft of the reducer drives the speed ratio gear through an internal gear sleeve coupling to realize the relative rotation of the front and rear rotors, and When unloading, the host is used to reverse the unloading to ensure that the unloading is quick and full.
